Mid-America Transplant Services is proud to offer the MTS Donor Family Facebook Group. The purpose of this private group is to provide a place for Donor Family Members to connect with other individuals who have experienced a loss, share their loved ones story, and post photographs. The MTS Donor Family Facebook Group also provides an opportunity for Donor Families to communicate and interact with the MTS Aftercare staff. An MTS Aftercare staff member will monitor the group on a daily basis to answer any questions, address concerns, provide information about upcoming Donor Family Events, and ensure the guidelines of the Group are being followed.
