- Sign up online with the Illinois Organ/Tissue Donor Registry at www.donatelifeillinois.org or
- Register at any Illinois Secretary of State dirver services facility or by phone at 800-210-2106
Arkansas Residents:
- Indicate your wishes on your driver's license or state ID during the application or renewal process
It is important to inform your family of your decision to be an organ, eye, and tissue donor. Doing this helps your family to understand and support your decision.
