LOUIS – Olivette-based Mid-America Transplant Services (MTS), a non-profit organization that specializes in the procurement of vital organs and tissue in Missouri, southern Illinois and northeast Arkansas, will relocate its headquarters to a new office building in the Highlands at Forest Park on Interstate-64 in the City of St. Louis. MTS will partner with Balke Brown Associates, the developer of the Highlands, in a joint venture to own and develop a four-story, 82,000-square-foot Class A medical/office building called Highlands Plaza Three. The building will rise from the southeast quadrant of the 26-acre mixed use development, with construction to start in November.
