Amber Lynn Perkins
Amber from the Arabic name meaning "precious thing." She is a graceful and attractive person who shows great loyalty to her friends.
That describes my daughter Amber to a tee. She was only 15 years old when Jesus called her home. She was killed in a car wreck along with one of her friends. There were 5 kids in that car and not one of them had a seatbelt on. All 5 kids were thrown from the car. Amber was killed instantly. About a month prior Amber got her driving permit and when you get a driving permit they ask you if you want to be a organ donor. She said yes and then she marked the back of her permit. So when I was asked by the coroner if she could be a organ donor I knew the answer. I love my daughter deeply. She was the baby of the family. I know that Jesus needed some angels and he picked two good ones on 12/22/04. Lora Gilbert |
