Position: Organ Procurement Coordinator
Full/Part-Time: Full-Time
Location: St. Louis
Salary Range: 11, minimum $59,400

Requirements: We are looking for service-oriented Registered Nurses with a minimum of 2 years of critical care experience. As organ procurement activities occur 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, flexibility is required to work holidays, weekends, and for extended periods of time. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.

Responsibilities: Candidates must be able to rotate 24 hour call to respond to referrals within 90 minutes of notification. Our OPCs are responsible for all aspects of the donor management process. They evaluate potential organ donors in conjunction with the Medical Director and act in accordance with MTS and UNOS policies to maximize placement of organs within our service area and nationally.
