 Mid-America Transplant Services (MTS) is a community-based, not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of human life. MTS coordinates the procurement of vital organs, tissues and eyes in hospitals throughout eastern and southern Missouri, southern Illinois, and northeastern Arkansas. MTS is staffed by more than 90 employees including nurses, medical technicians, community relations and support staff. Through the efforts of physicians, nurses, volunteers, and other health care professionals, MTS recovers and equitably distributes organs and tissues for transplantation and research. MTS provides a broad range of professional and educational programs and services for the public concerning donation and transplantation issues. MTS maintains offices in the following locations:
